There's a log in option at the top of the Billing Information form you can use while placing an order. After you have completed the Billing Information page, you can use your Login Name and Account Number to automatically fill out the form the next time. If you skip the Account Access panel your Login is automatically the first part of your E-Mail address. |

| When will my order ship? |

Most customer orders are filled by custom ordering items from the supplier. The time it takes to receive an item is the biggest factor in the time it takes to get to you.

Once the item is received from the supplier it is immediately repacked and shipped Priority Mail or First Class Mail (packages below 1 lb)as selected when you order to the customer and should be received in 2-6 days. |

No, we do not publish a printed catalog. We order from multiple vendors, and styles and sizes change rapidly. We use only the electronic (web site) catalog, so that the information is always as up-to-date as possible. |

Shipping varies by location. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost based the prices provided by the shipper. We do not inflate shipping charges. The handleing charge covers packaging and in some cases deliver confirmation. |

To comply with MasterCard and Visa rules, our shopping cart does not do Realtime Charges. It collects the information which is then picked up through a secure interface. An Approval is placed on the card (not a charge) to confim the funds are available. Once the item is packed for shipping, the card is then charged, and upon Confirmation the item is taken to the shipper. |

Items numbers beginning with HE- Shirts will vary from 100% Cotton to Cotton/Polyester mixes. When known the information will be in the description.
Items numbers beginning with JD- Are 100% Pre Shrunk 5.3 oz or better Cotton. Most shirts are made by Anvil, Delta, Cygnus, and Gildan.
Items numbers beginning with LB- are 5.4 Oz heavyweight, 100% cotton garments with 2 needle stitching and taped shoulders for strength and should not shrink greatly.
Items numbers beginning with MT- or MTG- are 100% Pre Shrunk Cotton.
Items numbers beginning with SN- Shirts will vary from 100% Cotton to Cotton/Polyester mixes. When known the information will be in the description.
